On behalf of the METRO Board - welcome to Student Metro 2024!
Over the years, this week has proven to be a pivotal time for student pastors and our wives. It is a week of building community, making memories, and growing in our ministerial and personal lives. The principles of leadership and the nuggets of pastoral ministry have encouraged and impacted those in the room and the ministries they represent.
This year, we want to focus on the ‘unity’ we have together in Christ. We are better together when we pray for, encourage, check on, and collaborate for the sake of the advancement of the Gospel.
As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to make personal connections with Student Pastors from an array of large churches and ministries. We value your partnership and never shy away from making connections with like-minded organizations. It would be a joy to have you "in the room" with us in 2024.

2024 SPONSOR LEVELS:
1) $2,500 – Level 1 Sponsorship
This contribution allows the guest ministry to:
a. Send a staff member for the daytime events of one day at Metro Conference.
b. Links and information posted on our YPMetro.com.
c. A 3-minute presentation during a break that day
*This sponsorship helps cover a snack or a portion of breakfast
2) $3,500 – Level 2 Sponsorship
This contribution allows the guest ministry to:
a. Send a staff member for daytime and evening events of two days at Metro Conference.
b. Links and information posted on our YPMetro.com.
c. A 4-minute presentation during a break that day
*This sponsorship helps cover a portion of a lunch
3) $5,000 or Above & Beyond – Level 3 Sponsorship
This contribution allows the guest ministry to:
a. Send a staff member for daytime and evening events of three days at Metro Conference.
b. Links and information posted on our YPMetro.com.
c. A 5-minute presentation during a break on the day of your choosing.
d. Show a 4-5 min video during Metro conference
*This sponsorship helps cover a portion of meals/venue space/giveaways/wife's gift
4) Other Amount
Anything given between $500 and $2500 will provide booth space for ONE day during the conference but no presentation in front of the group. A board member will contact you to determine which day
